Where and When Do You Meet?
What time is your service on Sunday?
We gather at 10:15 for coffee and conversation. Service starts at 10:30 AM on Sundays. Services run about 75 minutes, so you'll be done by 11:45 AM. We'd love to see you there!
Where exactly is Sanger Bible Church located?
We're just north of Sanger, by the View Rd Exist on the west side of I-35, nestled between McClains RV and the KOA. We're the large white building, and yes, we're a bit tucked away, but we're worth finding!
Is there parking available?
Absolutely, we have plenty of parking right at our location. Just pull in and come on in, no need to stress about finding a spot.
Can I watch the service online if I can't make it in person?
That's a great question! Our service message is available generally on Sunday evenings on the Sanger Bible Church Texas APP. You can download the APP to your iOS or Android phone. You will also find additional content connected with the message like 5-day devotionals!
I'm New, What Will the service be like?
What should I wear?
Come exactly as you are. Whether it's jeans and a t-shirt or something nicer, we don't care. We're focused on welcoming you, not impressing anyone with what we're wearing.
How long is the service?
Our service runs about 75 minutes. We keep things moving with music, prayer, a message, and time for connection, so it's respectful of your time while still being meaningful.
What should I expect during the service?
Expect a welcoming atmosphere where you're invited to participate, not just sit back and watch. We include congregational singing, teaching from the Bible, and genuine community. Come as you are and see if it feels like home.
I haven't been to church in years. Will I feel out of place?
Not at all. We're a friendly community that accepts people exactly where they are right now. Whether it's your first time or you're a longtime member, everyone's welcome to jump in and be part of what's happening here.
What type of music is there?
We focus on everyone joining in singing, not just the leaders on the platform. If you don't know the songs, that is alright! We select music that is designed for the congregation to learn. We have something for all people... contemporary, traditional hymns, praise, and sometimes a touch of Texas and bluegrass!
What happens with my Kids?
What ages do you have kids programs for?
We have childcare for babies and toddlers during our weekend services. We're designed so kids can grow spiritually alongside their parents, whether they're brand new to church or been coming for years. We also schedule kid-friendly special events.
What if my kid is shy or haas never been to church before?
We get it, and we're patient. We create a welcoming, low-pressure environment where kids feel safe. It usually takes just a visit or two before they settle in and start enjoying the time with everyone.
Do you need volunteer helpers in kids ministry?
Absolutely. We believe everyone at Sanger Bible Church should be a participant, not just a spectator, so we'd love to have you serve if you're interested. We are careful about safety, so every volunteer who serves children go through a background check and interview process. You don't need experience, just a willingness to invest in kids' spiritual growth.
